The ADMATE ECR Gusto application is a complete solution that combines a cloud cashier, POS and works as an order-taking system!

Admate ECR Gusto is a modern carrier focused cashier invoicing application. More specifically, it is a subscription Cloud cashier, through which you can issue unlimited receipts and invoices, sending them directly to AADEs MyData through the services of YPAHES - Certified Electronic Invoicing Provider.

You can print the documents you issue through the Admate ECR application or give them to the customer by sending them by Email!

You download the application from the Google Playstore, install it on an Android device, even on your Smartphone (if it is Android), connect it to a compatible Mobile POS Application (Viva, Eurobank, Ethniki, Piraeus, MyPOS) and you have it on the device Your Cashier and POS, all in one - All in One! * Do not worry. We will prepare everything for you!

Ideal solution for small catering businesses

The ADMATE ECR Gusto application was developed in order to offer solutions in the area of ??small and medium-sized businesses active in catering, while those who acquire it will be able to issue documents (retail receipts and invoices) through the application. To print the receipts and invoices you will need to get an external thermal printer, either one of the Admate ECR H10, SUNMI V2S and ADMATE ECR D1 SMART POS devices. A little further down you will find both the above devices and thermal printers.

Ideally, you can place a thermal printer in the kitchen and one in the bar, while when an order is placed, the products related to the respective post are printed separately!

The program is currently linked to the Viva Wallet POS application, the Eurobank (worldline) POS application, the MyPOS POS application, the Piraeus POS application (epay) and the National Bank POS application! You can simply install one of the aforementioned POS apps and the Admate ECR app on your NFC-enabled Android device (so it can make contactless transactions) and they all work as one!

One-year purchase of the Admate ECR Gusto companion app offers a license for 1 user! The cost of adding each additional user is €138 + 24% VAT.

When issuing invoices through the Admate ECR application, you can automatically fill in the customers details by searching through A.F.M., instantly view and reprint documents, as well as send them via E-mail & SMS. At the same time, the application allows you to see detailed financial reports and manage customers, as well as warehouse using barcodes easily and quickly!

Gusto App Functions:

In Admate ECR Gusto, you can easily do the following from your Android device:

- Create and manage posts and rooms
- To create and manage tables that you identify in specific posts and rooms
- Create menu categories (eg coffee), create products (eg fredo espresso), create modifiers (eg Sweet, Medium, Plain), add photos and much more, making the life of the waiter very easy
- Create customers and issue invoices
- To create products that have a different price in the store and a different price in take away
- Manage everything about your tables and orders (transfers, returns, cancellations, separate payment, partial payment, add comments, manage shifts and day closures
- Monitor the course of your business, following detailed reports on sales, VAT, top products, etc.

- 1st: Install the ADMATE ECR Gusto app on the Admate ECR H10 POS device (see here ) and operate autonomously issuing and printing receipts and invoices (ideal for small spaces or on the go) - This device is only compatible with the Viva POS application

- 2nd: Install the ADMATE ECR Gusto app on the SUNMI V2S device (see here ) and operate autonomously by issuing and printing receipts and invoices (ideal for small spaces or on the go) - This specific device is compatible with all POS applications mentioned (Viva, Eurobank, Piraeus, Ethnikis, MyPos)

- 3rd: Install the ADMATE ECR Gusto app on the Admate ECR D1 SMART POS device (see here ) and operate autonomously by issuing and printing receipts and invoices on a stationary tablet operating device that prints thermal roll (ideal for stores) - This device it is only compatible with the Viva POS app

- 4th: Install the ADMATE ECR Gusto app on a simple Smartphone or Tablet with NFC and add a thermal printer to issue and print receipts and invoices - Android devices (smartphones/tablets) are compatible with all mentioned POS apps (Viva , Eurobank, Piraeus, Ethnikis, MyPos)

Extra tip: If you choose to use the application on your smartphone or a simple Tablet on the market, add the Tablet & Printer stand and placed two thermal printers, one in the bar and one in the kitchen!
